3 Month Update!

Dear Cutter-Butter,

My little pumpkin is getting so big. This month you have learned so many new things.

We started going to Gymboree classes and you absolutly love it! The bright colors of the gym and the songs we sing make you smile everytime. The only thing we need to work on is tummy time, you tend not to like that. Daddy joined us one Saturday and you did a good job of showing off for him.

You are finally sleeping through the night and by through the night I mean from 8 pm til 7:30 am and I am totally stoked!! It only took you about 2 weeks to get used to the routine and it finally work.

You have really taken a liking to your bathtime!

This month you found your hands!! You try and eat your fist almost daily, you haven't taken a liking to pacifers! I have tried almost every kind out there and nothing suits your fancy. O'well, I guess that is one less thing I have to take away later.

We also took a long road trip to Houston and you were a trooper. As long as you were fed and had clean pants, you were happy.

You still have your beautiful blue eyes! I'm still not convinced they will stay, but I am taking advantage and taking lots of pics of them.

You had your first real holiday, Easter! Would it be Easter without a Baseball Easter basket? (Thanks to Aunt Brenda for the basket)

You did a great job helping dye the eggs with Daddy and Mommy! Although, I think Daddy was more excited then you.

And I know Daddy was way more excited than you about the candy in the eggs! Just wait til next year, he will have some competition.

Until next month - keep growing, sleeping and being just as cute as can be!

Lots of hugs and kisses!

Love, Mommy

Houston we have a problem...

This is what happend when Greg and Cutter watched their 1st baseball game together....

maybe it was just because it was the Cubs vs the Rockies..

or maybe it was because he was tired!

Who knows, but I am sure there will be many more naps during baseball games!!

Cutter's 1st Easter!

Cutter had his 1st Easter yesterday! And he and Daddy made out like a fat rat with all the candy they got! Of course, Cutter won't be eating it! It will be Daddy's job to do that. He looked super cute in his Easter outfit. I had to wake him up from a nap to get him dressed and he was none to pleased with me, so the look in the pictures is a sleepy look.

My favorite scrunched up face picture!

Daddy and Cutter getting his first easter egg.

All in all, Cutter's 1st Easter was GREAT!

ps. I apologize for not getting pics up all last week. I finally got the pics deleted off my camera and I should do a better job of posting up daily again!

We hit another milestone!

Before the last 2 weeks, I had been giving Cutter his last bottle at midnight and he would normally sleep til 6am or so. Well, for the last 2 weeks I have been trying to get him on a schedule giving him a bath at 8 or so, then a bottle, book and finally bed. Well giving him his last bottle 4 hours earlier left him waking up 4 hours earlier for his "morning" bottle, so for the last 2 weeks I have been waking up anywhere between 230 and 430 to give him his "morning" bottle.

Last night was Oh so different. We did our usual routine and Daddy gave him his last bottle at 9pm and we went to bed. I expected to get up with him in the middle of the morning, but to my surprise I woke up at 530 to realize I hadn't gotten up with him at all!! I panicked and then made Greg go check on him. He was alive and well, sleeping soundly! I couldn't believe it and he didn't wake up til 6:30!

It's working, a routine is really working! Thanks to Erin for the tips and telling me to give it a week or two. I really did want to give up and go back to giving him his last bottle at midnight. The 2:30 feedings are the hardest for me, but I stuck with it and it really worked. I don't expect it to happen every night, but at least I know it can happen!

So we are hoping for more of these nights in the future!!

Fun Photos!

While in Houston. we decided that we needed to get the kids pictures together. Not everyone was cooperative at the same time, so we did our best to get these pics.

Emilee wanted "her" Cutter in the shopping basket, so we obliged and put him in it for a cute photo op.

My little man is so handsome!

and we tired him out...

Abbey just loves Cutter!

Baseball, Baseball, Baseball. You can never get enough!

Confession

I have a confession to make: my camera is FULL w/ over 1000 pictures!!

So I have been slacking on taking pictures of my handsome little man because I am too lazy to go to Wal-Mart and put the pictures on a disc.

Cutter and I are on our way down to Houston for Abbey 1st birthday so I will have to go and put them on a disc so I can take more!

So expect a big update sometime on Sunday! He is getting so big!

HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY ABBEY!!

Until then have a great weekend!!

Green is our color!

Not that I didn't know it already, but I have a BIGGIN' on my hands. This is Cami and she is 2 months OLDER than Cutter!! Wow, to see him next to someone 2 months older than him, opens my eyes as to how much bigger he really is!

Here's a smile to brighten your day! Who wouldn't smile back at him?

On a more serious note....look at those eyes!

Cutter and Mommy, you can never have too many of these pictues!
